When do you run clinics?
Face to face clinics are held on throughout the week in Radyr, Cardiff, during the day. Other times may be available by arrangment.
How do I make an appointment?
Please contact me for an informal discussion before making an appointment. Following this, if we both think it would be helpful to meet, I will offer you an assessment appointment.
What can I expect from a session?
Sessions usually last about fifty minutes. I will ask you to complete a simple questionnaire prior to our first meetingto help identify specific issues. During this initial session you will be able to describe your difficulties and we can identify the focus of future sessions and how many sessions we are likely to need. Working with practical approaches the average number of sessions is 10-12, however for some 3 sessions is enough and others prefer longer term support.
All sessions are confidential following the Bacp ethical guidelines which would be discussed before the start of the first session.
